Property Assessment Role

Assessing your property’s value comes under authority of the Direction de l’évaluation de l’agglomération de Longueuil, in accordance with the Act respecting municipal taxation. Under the act, the Town applies the property tax to all taxable real estate registered on the Town’s property assessment role, according to the “general property tax rates scheme”.
